Beth Gardiner is an Early Childhood Education Technical Assistance Specialist at NIEER, with a primary focus on supporting New Jersey state preschool expansion and program implementation. Professional interests include early care and education quality interventions, infant/toddler child care workforce development, and family engagement policy trends. Beth has worked extensively managing various quality initiatives in public and private agencies in high-need communities throughout New Jersey, including the state Department of Education and county child care resource and referral agency. Beth received her MS Ed in Early Childhood Leadership from Bank Street College.
