Joe L. Frost, Ed.D., Parker Centennial Professor Emeritus, University of Texas, and former ACEI Executive Board President, is the keynote speaker for the Closing General Session. His address will focus on bridging the gaps created by the changing world of children over the past two decades as revealed in analysis of four societal trends: changes in families, changes in schools, changes in work roles, and changes in leisure. Positive and negative influences of these trends on children and steps toward healthy modifications will be examined.
