This annual event provides participants with the opportunity to influence debate on Capitol Hill by advocating for high-quality public education while meeting with their senators and representatives. Participants also learn about hot topics in education policy, including reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and about federal funding for education.
