Using Custom Queries

1. Select the criteria
To create a custom query, you may select up to six criteria of your choice. Also, choose a query type from the following options:

  • Require All returns fewer highly relevant results which include all of the selected criteria.
  • Require Any returns many results which include one or more of the selected criteria.

Click Submit to view a list of assessments that meet the specified criteria.

2. View the matching assessments
Clicking Submit will show the list of assessments that met the criteria. To help you preview assessments in the list, data are shown for the characteristics that were selected. See below for a key to interpreting the data. For a "Require Any" query, assessments which have more "Y" values may be more relevant to the query.

3. View assessment profiles
From the list of assessments, you may click on any assessment to view its full profile. The assessment profile contains a listing of all assessment characteristics.

  • "Y" indicates that the assessment meets the criteria in the column heading.
  • "N" indicates that the assessment does not meet the criteria in the column heading.
  • "Unknown" indicates that there was insufficient information available to determine if the criteria was met.
